Do you have Wholesale Catalog?
Paper catalogs are available for existing
customers and will be sent with orders only.
Please use our online catalog which is faster,
most updated with complete products and it
helps to save the earth and beautiful trees.

What is your Minimum Order & Re-order
requirements?
Minimum order is US$200 and minimum re-order
is US$150 for USA and Mexcian retailers.
Minimum order is US$300 and minimum re-order
is US$250 for international retailers.
We are sorry that we will not be able to process
any orders less than these amount.

What is you Payment Methods?
We accept Visa and Mastercard only.
Mail in money order or certified company cheque
are also accepted.
For international retailers, wire transfer
is also accepted.
We are sorry that we do not extend any terms.
All orders must be pre-paid.

What is your prefered Order Methods?
Email, phone, fax or mail order are all welcome.
But we strongly suggest you place your order
by fax or email as well as at the trade shows.
We will confirm your fax or email order in
one business day.
If you do not get confirmation, please get
in touch with us.

How fast can you ship?
We normally ship order within 2 business days.
But if you wish your order to be shipped the
same day, please make sure the order is submitted
by 12:00 so we have time to process your order.
We understand sometimes you just need to order
to arrive before certain time for special
events, please make note on the order or call
us, we will arrange it for you as best as
we can.
